MENTORSHIP AND RECRUITING​

Mentorship is the core part of BUREC and is available to all students interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. Rather than operating as a separate or overly-selective program, mentorship is integrated into the club's structure, ensuring members receive guidance and support at every stage of their professional development.

Building on this foundation, our leadership team provides personalized guidance throughout the recruiting process. Through one-on-one mentorship, small-group advising, and regular career sessions, members gain practical insight into recruiting strategy, technical preparation, and professional development.

Beyond the club, BUREC connects students with alumni and industry professionals across CRE. Building lasting relationships helps members strengthen their technical foundation, and grow professional network necessary to secure competitive opportunities.
