BUREC  club provides members with a strong foundation in real estate fundamentals, financial modeling, and analytical tools essential for success across acquisitions, development, asset management, brokerage, and real estate private equity.

Beyond technical skill development, BUREC serves as a mentorship-driven organization with a focus on career exploration, recruiting preparation, and long-term professional development within the industry. The club strives to give students a tangible competitive advantage in the CRE recruiting process.

Our semester-long curriculum includes financial modeling standards, property-level cash flow analysis, valuation methodologies, capital stack structuring, underwriting assumptions, and risk analysis. The club also hosts accomplished real estate professionals from leading firms who share industry insights, career advice, and provide meaningful networking opportunities for members.
